Smallholder farmers in Kenya and Africa at large are constrained by limited access to sufficient knowledge on climate-smart farming, correct application of farm inputs, emerging and affordable farming technologies, and agribusiness.

The low awareness and poor adoption of modern agricultural practices and technologies have hampered their productivity and economic growth and subsequently that of the continent.
